Mario hails from the rolling hills of western Pennsylvania. He earned his BFA in Graphic Design from Tyler School of Art and has been a full-time illustrator since 2004. Mario has worked for such clients as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, ESPN: The Magazine, Crayola, and Quirk Books. Honors include selections into American Illustration 28, 29, 31, and 32, Society of Illustrators Annual Exhibition 55, 3×3 Professional Show No. 8, and Creative Quarterly 27 and 29.
